S više od desetljeća iskustva u bankarstvu, fintechu i regulativi, pokrivam cijeli spektar EU okvira — od GDPR-a i PSD2 do regulacije umjetne inteligencije i elektroničkog novca. Vodio sam odjele sukladnosti, savjetovao uprave te izravno vodio procese licenciranja jedne banke, dvije institucije za elektronički novac i jedne platne institucije.

Svoju sam karijeru posvetio navigiranju kroz regulativu poput GDPR-a, PSD2 i regulativu vezano za elektronički novca i Bankarstvo. Ponosan sam na ulogu osnivača i člana predsjetništva Hrvatske udruge za usklaženost poslovanja, gdje gradimo mostove između struke i zakona. Nakon godina vođenja procesa licenciranja banaka i fintecha, danas svoja iskustva usmjeravam na Actus AI. Moj cilj je jednostavan: pomoći organizacijama da kroz pametno upravljanje rizicima sigurno i etično implementiraju AI sustave u skladu s novim EU okvirima.

Vodio sam procese licenciranja brojnih institucija, a danas taj kapital znanja koristim kako bih tvrtkama u strogo reguliranim digitalnim sektorima pružio stratešku podršku u procjeni AI rizika i postizanju pune regulatorne spremnosti.

Uz ICA Advanced Certificate u poslovnoj usklađenosti, završio sam Oxford AI Ethics & Regulation program te posjedujem CAIE (Certified AI Ethicist)  i AI Governance profesionalca.
