With over a decade of experience in banking, fintech and regulatory compliance, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of EU frameworks — from GDPR and PSD2 to AI and electronic money regulation. I’ve led compliance departments, advised boards, and directly supported the licensing of one payment institution, two electronic money institutions, and a bank.
Through these roles, I’ve gained deep insight into aligning innovation with legal and supervisory expectations. Recognizing the urgent need for AI-specific compliance, I founded a consulting practice that helps organizations deploy lawful, ethical, and transparent AI systems — from risk classification and documentation to training and governance.
